Downloaded a Video Clip and am Unable to Open it on my Nokia N71 PC Suite
There are several reasons why this problem might occur. Refer to this article to solve this issue.
Check that you have saved the clip after receiving it, and check that the file is of a compatible format.
For example, Real player supports files with extensions such as .awb or .m4a, but not all the variations of file formats.
Some .mp4 files may include content that is not compliant with 3GPP standards and therefore cannot be opened.
