Sending or Receiving a Calendar Note in your Nokia 6255.
To send or receive a calendar note follow the steps given in this section.
| Here are instructions to send, receive, save and delete notes on your Nokia 6255. Select the one you want: |

Send note:
- At the Start screen,
- Goto Menu > Organizer
- Select Calendar. Press Select
- Scroll to the date containing the note you wish to send. Any days containing notes will be in bold font.
- Goto Options > View day > press Select
- Scroll to one of the following and press Select:
- Via calendar
- Via text message
- Via infrared
- Via Bluetooth
- If you selected Via calendar then you have to enter the number for the recipient.
- Press Search to retrieve a number from the contacts list. Press OK. The note is sent to the recipient.
- If you selected Via text message, the note appears in the display.
- Select Send to number, Send to e-mail or Send to many. Press Select.
- Enter the number for the recipient.
- Press Search to retrieve the number from the contacts list. Press OK
- Press Options > Send. Press Select.

Receive notes:
- If you receive a calendar note, then Calendar note received will display on your Nokia 6255. You can save the note in your calendar and set an alarm for date and time.

View notes:
- To view the notes....
- Press Show when you receive Calendar note received.
- Scroll to view the entire message, if necessary.Save notes.

Save notes:
- If you want to save the calendar notes....
- Select Options > Save
- Press Select
- Select Options > Save
Discard notes:
- To discard the notes then
- After viewing the calendar note,
- Select Options > Discard
- Press Select
