How to Unlock AT&T / Cingular SIM Card
I get an Error Message "Enter PUK Code" on my Cingular phone
Unlocking your SIM card when asked for a PUK code.
When the above error message pops up, here's how you fix it:
Very Important: If you enter an incorrect code for more than 10 times, it will permanently lock the SIM card and will become unusable. You will need to replace it with a new one. To buy a new SIM, please visit a store near you.

- Log onto your Wireless Account on AT & T website.
- Click on Go in PHONE/DEVICE section.
- Click on Unblock SIM Card.
- Follow the instructions as shown.
