Erratic Behaviour of Palm hand held device.

The Palm OS is competent to connect with many third party applications. However, because they are not actualized by Palm, Inc., the third party applications installed on your hand device may result in erratic behavior.
 
If your device is behaving erratically, we suggest that you perform a HotSync operation to back up the existing records.

Follow these steps to correct the problem:
  1. Either erase a recently installed third party application (assuming you knew the device was working correctly prior to the installation of this application) or run a hard reset on the device to return it to its default settings.
  2. After running the hard reset, reinstall your third party applications one-by-one, or a few at a time (confirm that the device is operating normally after each installation) in order to determine the unsuitable program.
