Having More than One Phone Line at a time on your Nokia N71 PC Suite

Phone Lines Information:

Yes, you can have two phone lines simultaneously if your SIM card supports two subscriber numbers.

If it does, you can select the line you want to use for making calls and sending text messages, as follows:
  • Press on Menu key

  • Select Tools and then choose Settings

  • Click on Call settings

  • Select  Line in use (network service)

  • Calls on both lines can be answered irrespective of the selected line

  • If you select Line 2 and haven't subscribed to this network service, you will not be able to make calls

  • When line 2 is selected, the Line 2 icon is shown in the standby mode
Tip: To switch between the phone lines, press and hold the # key in the standby mode.
