Resetting AT&T Voice Mail Password

There are different ways you can reset your AT&T voicemail password. Learn how to do it here...

There are three different ways you can reset your voice mail password for your AT&T phone
 Follow the following steps to reset your voicemail password from AT&T automated system:
  1. Call up 611. Or you can call 800-331-0500.
  2. Enter your wireless number starting with area code.
  3. Press 3. It will take you to “get help with voicemail”.
  4. Press 3 to reset your VM password.
  5. Enter your Billing Zip code.
  6. A text message will be sent to your wireless handset.
Follow the following steps to reset your password from AT&T website:
  1. Go to my wireless account homepage.
  2. Select Phone or Device.
  3. Now choose Reset Voice Mail PIN link from the left corner.
  4. Please note that Note: If case, you have more than one line on your account, make sure the correct wireless number is displayed in the Wireless Number list before selecting Reset Voice Mail PIN.
  5. Choose a wireless number from the drop down menu, to reset the password.
  6. Click on Submit.
  7. The system will send a text message to your wireless phone with your new password.

Follow the following steps to reset your password from voicemail box:
  1. Press and hold the "1" key.
  2. Enter your password.
  3. Now press 4, 2, 1 to change your password.
