- A Password
- 12 MB free memory on your mobile for first-time installation
- An Active wireless connection and ensure your phone battery is fully charged
| 1. | Using your phone browser, go to https://get.good.com. Select Download Now link. |  |
| 2. | Select Yes. |  |
| 3. | Select Start. |  |
| 4. | Key in the email address that you got in the activation email. Tap Next. |  |
| 5. | Enter the PIN you received. Tap Next. |  |
| 6. | You should see a download progress bar. Note: Please ensure that you remove your phone from the cradle. The installation will not continue if the device is placed on the cradle. |

| 7. | Tap Yes to start the installation. |  |
| 8. | Tap OK when the setup and initial sync is done. |  |
