Checking the Signal Strength on AT&T 8525

Problem making or receiving calls. Check the signal strength.

The signal strength indicator is located on the top right corner on your phone screen as shown:
  • If it shows 4 bars, then it means that you have full signal strength
  • If it shows 2 or less then the signal is poor.
