Learn how to receive an email using Xpress mail from your phone
Ensure that you have subscribed for Xpress Mail before you use it and also make sure that you have configured your phone to use email. If you haven't, click here for the steps.

There are two ways to get to Xpress Mail inbox. Click on the links below to learn how:
| 1. | Go to the Xpress Mail inbox. |  |
| 2. | Tap on Menu > Send/Receive. |  |
| 3. | New messages get updated on your phone. Tap on the message to view it. | |
| 4. | To see the attachments received, tap Show Attachments. |  |
| 5. | Tap on the attachment you wish to view. |  |
| 6. | On confirmation, press OK. |  |
