Can I use mobile PhoneTools to sync with my Motorola Razr V3m Verizon phone?

Mobile Phone Tools communicates with your phone as a modem from your Bluetooth capable portable computer.



Motorola phones with built in Bluetooth, support the Bluetooth 1.1 protocol.
The Bluetooth software for your PC will create a Bluetooth Modem that will communicate to whichever device is paired over the DUN (Dial Up Networking) profile. We recommend you contact the manufacturer of your Bluetooth device to obtain information on the best way to enable communication between your portable computer and your phone over the DUN profile.

You can advise your manufacturer that you need to enable a connection that allows for the DUN Profile to be used. Once this connection has been established you should direct Mobile Phone Tools to use the Bluetooth Modem for communication. Please see the change Modem option in Mobile Phone Tools to manually select the correct modem for communications.
