Unable to View IMAP Mail Folders in iPhone

Learn how to enter IMAP path prefix in iPhone

When you sync IMAP mail account settings from your computer to iPhone, please check that the IMAP folders on your computer that are all shown under your Inbox folder. If it’s showing, and not working as it's supposed to, you will have to specify an IMAP path prefix.
Follow the steps given below to enter the IMAP path prefix.
  • Select Settings.
  • Select Mail.
  • Select Account.
  • Select Advanced.
  • Select IMAP Path Prefix
Note: If you have more problems, you can also get in touch with your Internet Service Provider as ISPs that require IMAP path prefixes generally provides instructions for configuring them.
