Reseting Voicemail Password for your Motorola RAZR V3i

Forgot your voicemail password and not able to access it? Here's a solution...!

Reset Voicemail password by....

Resetting by making a call:

You can make a call to Cingular/AT & T IVRS (Interactive Voice Response System) and reset your voicemail password.
  1. Dial 611 or 800-331-0500 from your phone.
  2. Enter your complete wireless number prefixing the area code.
  3. Press 3 to "get help with voicemail".
  4. Press 3 to reset your VM password.
  5. Enter the Billing Zip code.
  6. A text message will be sent to your wireless handset.

Resetting through Cingular/AT & T website:
  1. Go to your Wireless Account home page.
  2. Logon to your account.
  3. Select Phone/Device and then select Reset Voice Mail PIN link on the left column
  4. Before resetting, ensure you are choosing the correct wireless number if you have more than one wireless connection.
  5. To reset the password, choose the wireless number from the dropdown menu and click on Submit.
  6. A text message will be sent to your wireless device with a new password.

Changing your password from the voicemail box:
  1. Press and hold the "1" key.
  2. Enter the password.
  3. Press 4, 2, 1 keys to change the password.
