Using Call Transfer Feature on your Motorola V220

Learn about call transfer feature on your Motorola V220 handset. Read on...

You can announce that you are transferring an active call to another party, or you can directly transfer the call. 

Follow the steps below to transfer a call by intimating the caller:
  • Intimate the caller that you are going to perform Call Transfer operation.
  • Press Menu button.
  • Select Hold.
  • Press keypad keys to dial the number where you are transferring the call.
  • Press Call button to call the number and speak to the person who answers.
  • Press Menu button to open the Menu.
  • Press Scroll button to scroll to Transfer.
  • Press Select button to Transfer.
  • Press OK button to confirm the Transfer.
  • Enjoy using Call Transfer.
