Blackberry Pearl: Tips and Tricks on Phone Features

  1. Press OP to turn the speakerphone ON/OFF while you are on a call.
  2. Press the volume up key to increase the Volume and press the volume down key to decrease the Volume.
  3. Hold the pound key(#), to move between default and vibrate notification profiles.
  4. If you want to type a letter in a number field, hold the Alt key and press the letter key once of the first letter and twice for the second letter.
  5. Press the Send key to open the phone.
  6. If you are getting an other call while you are already on a call, and if you want to place the current call on hold and answer an incoming call, press the Send key.
