Troubleshooting: Updating the GPRS Manager using GPRS connection on Motorola Razr V3M Verizon
You are trying to update the GPRS Manager using the GPRS connection. When you run the update program you are told that the program is running and the update will be cancelled. Here's what t do:
If you are trying to update an earlier version of the GPRS Manager using your GPRS connection you must first close the GPRS Manager. When you close the GPRS Manager you will be prompted if you wish to keep the connection open, answer yes. You can now update the GPRS Manager using the GPRS connection. Your new updated version of the GPRS Manager will do this automatically the next time that you update the software.
