Fixing the Keypad on your Mototrola Razr V3M Verizon
The buttons on your phone are not working and you want to fix the keypad! The options available are mentioned in this article.
If the buttons on your phone are not working, it is suggested you have your phone evaluated. Please choose between these two options for repair information.
Option 1:
You may contact your place of purchase, network provider, or a local Motorola authorized service center
Option 2:
You may send your phone directly to Motorola's U.S. National Service Center.
Option 1:
Your place of purchase, network provider or a local service center may possibly provide on-site troubleshooting or software adjustments for your cellular phone. It is suggested you call them first to determine the types of repairs available on-site at their location.
The technician will determine if an on-site repair can be made. If the problem cannot be resolved on-site, the technician will send the cellular phone to Motorola's U.S. National Service Center for a thorough evaluation and/or repair.
