Lock / Unlock your Motorola Razr V3M Verizon
You can lock your phone manually or set the phone to lock automatically whenever you turn it off.
To use a locked phone, you must enter the unlock code. A locked phone still rings or vibrates for incoming calls or messages, but you must unlock it to answer. You can make emergency calls on your phone even when it is locked.
To Lock Your Phone:
- Press the Center Select Key
- Press the Navigation Key scrolling right to Settings & Tools
- Press the Navigation Key scrolling down to System, andá… Press the Center Select Key
- Press the Navigation Key scrolling down to Security, and Press the Center Select Key
- Highlight Phone Lock, and Press the Center Select Key
- Press the Navigation Key scrolling down to highlight Lock Now or Automatic Lock, and Press the Center Select Key
- Phone will display Verify Unlock Code
- Use keypad to enter Unlock Code, and Press the Center Select Key (default Unlock Code is 1234)
To Unlock Your Phone:
At the Enter Unlock Code prompt, use the keypad to enter your unlock code and Press the Center Select Key to unlock your phone
Forgot Your Code, PIN, or Password....
Your phone's 4-digit unlock code is originally set to either 1234 or the last 4 digits of your phone number. The 6-digit security code is originally set to 000000. If you forget your unlock code or security code contact your service provider for available options.
