Why am I not able to send a Cox email to an AOL user?

Reasons for prevention of sending Cox emails to AOL users and procedure to troubleshoot them.

• AOL users can block all emails from internet. Make sure that AOL recipient doesn't have email blocking software and it is disabled.

• Check that the recipient email address is correct and no space is given between email addresses. AOL allows spaces in email address, but if the mail comes from outside of AOL  spaces must be removed.

• Make sure that the email address is correct. Sometimes AOL users substitute a letter with another letter or number. Ex: user_name@aol.com may be written as u5er_nam8@aol.com
