Unable to Receive Picture Messages on your T-mobile

There are many reasons why you might not be able to receive picture messages in your T-mobile. Learn more...

If you discover that you are not receiving picture messages that you're supposed to through your T-mobile, please check the following points.
  1. To refresh the connection on the phone with the network, turn off and turn your phone back on after a moment.
  2. Make sure that you are in the proper coverage area and have signal bars on the phone.
  3. Check that your picture message is not full. For that you can send a picture message to yourself. If you don't receive the message, delete some of the unnecessary picture messages.
  4. One simple experiment you need to do is that try sending a picture message to your own number. Points to be noted here is that
    • You are dialing 11digits (1+area code+number)
    • Dial 1+area code
  5. Make sure that the picture messaging settings are correct.
  6. If none of the steps helps you, please call up the customer service but make sure that you have the following information handy.
    • The location where you are using this service.
    • Make a note of the signal bars that you have on the phone.
    • Model of the phone you are using.
    • Make sure that you are clear whether you are able to receive picture messages.
