Sony Ericsson W550i Tasks

You can add New Tasks or use Existing Tasks as Templates on your Sony Ericsson W550i mobile. You can also Set Reminders for Tasks. Read on...


Follow the steps below to Add New Task:
  • Go to Organizer.
  • Click Tasks.
  • Click New Tasks.
  • Click Add.
  • Click Task or Phone Call.
  • Enter details and confirm each entry.


Follow the steps below to View Task:
  • Go to Organizer.
  • Click Tasks and select a task.
  • Click View.
Follow the steps below to Set when Reminders should Sound:
  • Go to Organizer.
  • Click Tasks and select a task.
  • Click More.
  • Click Reminders.
  • Click Always for a Reminder to Sound even when the Sony Ericsson W550i mobile is Turned OFF or you can Set it to Silent.
  • When the Reminder Sounds click Yes to read the Task.
    or
  • Click No to Turn OFF the Reminder.
  • Note: A Reminders Option set in the Tasks affects a Reminders Option set in Calendar.
On your Sony Ericsson W550i mobile you can Exchange Tasks using Transfer Method. You can also Synchronize Tasks with a computer.

Follow the steps below to Send Task:
  • Select a Task in the list of tasks for a certain day.
  • Click More.
  • Click Send.
  • Select a Transfer Method.
