Nokia 6670: Error Message “Synchronization is not successful”.
Scan this piece to find the solution to the error message.
This error message will pop up when your SyncML setting is not the same in Nokia Phone and Nokia PC.
SyncCheck that the SyncML settings are the same in the Nokia hand set and the Nokia PC Sync.
If you have not specified them in your Nokia Phone, they should not be specified in the Nokia PC Sync either.
In Nokia PC Sync the settings are on the Advanced Properties page.
To locate it:
If the error is due to dissimilar SyncML settings, you'll find the following error messages in the Nokia PC Sync synchronization report:

In Nokia PC Sync the settings are on the Advanced Properties page.
To locate it:
- Open Nokia PS Sync.
- Click Properties on the main page.
- Select Advanced
- Select the SyncML tab.
If the error is due to dissimilar SyncML settings, you'll find the following error messages in the Nokia PC Sync synchronization report:
- The SyncML client was unable to provide valid Authentication Credentials.
- The SyncML Server has terminated the Synchronization Session.
- Check that the authentication details in the SyncML Client settings are correct and restart the Synchronization.
