Setting Ring Styles on your Motorola Razr V3M Verizon Phone
There are several options to personalize the way your phone alerts you of an event (incoming call, messages, reminders, and other media).
To access this menu press menu, and select Ring Styles.
- Style– This is the way the phone will alert you of an event.
- Soft– This is a soft audible alert.
- Loud – This is a loud audible alert
- Vibrate – This is a vibratory alert
- Vibe & Ring – This alert will allow the phone to Vibrate three times, and then begin to ring.
Style Detail – This is the detailed feature of the ringer style you’ve selected. You can change the way the phone alerts you when it rings, the way it alerts you when you get messages, etc.
- Ring Volume – This is the volume the phone will ring at. It ranges from 0 to 7
- Calls – This is how the phone will alert you of incoming calls.
- AIM– This is how the phone will alert you of an incoming AOL Instant Message
- Text Msgs – This is how the phone will alert you of an incoming Text Message
- Voice Mail – This is how the phone will alert you of an incoming Voice Mail
- Info Svcs – This is how the phone will alert you of Info Services, such as if you subscribeto weather alerts, stocks, sport scores, etc…
- Alarms– This is how the phone will alert you of an Alarm such as Alarm clock and Date Book
- Data Calls– This is how the phone will alert you of an incoming Data Call
- Fax Calls– This is how the phone will alert you of an incoming Fax Call
- Ringer ID’s– By turning this feature on you can assign an specific ringer tone to individual entries in your phone book.
- Key Volume– This is the volume for when you press buttons on your keypad.
