I forgot my password for My T-Mobile account!
Check out the method to retreive your password in case you've forgotten it...
The following are the steps:
Just in case if you don't receive a message within two hours, repeat the above steps once again. If still no luck, call T-Mobile Customer Care.
- Go to T-Mobile Home page.
- From the Log in to My T-Mobile section, click Forgot password.
- In the Phone Number field, key in your T-Mobile phone number.
- Click Submit. You will receive a text message with a password on your phone.
