No Email Relaying error in Cox webmail

Relaying is nothing, but depending on other servers to which you are not directly connected using HSI server as the original point.

Ex: AOL or Earthlink

Cox doesn't support relaying email because spammers use it frequently to send bulk mails.

In case you are using another ISP to access HSI email while you are from home, make sure that the outgoing SMTP server name in your email program is the correct server name for that service used for Internet access.
