Upgrading a T-Mobile Phone Online
Steps to upgrade to a new phone from an old T-Mobile phone is given here.
It is very easy to upgrade your phone online. The price for your upgrade depends upon the time since your last phone upgrade and your current rate plan. Check out the following to get a best deal:

If you have the following rate plan:
First, log on to My T-Mobile. Don't know how to? check How Do I Log In to My T-Mobile?
Note: All the accounts will not have permissions to perform upgrades online.
To perform your upgrade online, here are the steps:

Time since last upgrade:
- 11 months if on a one-year service agreement
- 22 months if on a two-year service agreement
If you have the following rate plan:
- $19.99 or greater for a single line plan
- $49.99 or greater for a FamilyTime® Plan.

To perform your upgrade online, here are the steps:
- From My T-Mobile, click on PHONE & ACCESSORIES.
- In the NOW AVAILABLE section, click Upgrade your phone.
- On the HANDSET UPGRADE PROGRAM, click VIEW PHONES.
- On the SELECT A PHONE section, click on the UPGRADE next to the phone you want to purchase.
- From ORDER SUMMARY, select a shipping method, and click SUBMIT ORDER.
