Settings for Multimedia Messages in Nokia 6600
Follow the steps given below to configure multimedia message settings:
- Go to Messaging.
- Select Options.
- Select Settings.
- By selecting Multimedia Messages following list of settings appears.
- Access Point in Use: defines which access point is used.
- Multimedia reception: select Only in Home Net to receive multimedia messages only when you are in home network.
- Select Always On to receive multimedia messages or select Off if you don’t want to receive.
- Select Retro.Immediately to retrieve multimedia messages instantly.
- Select Defer Retrieval to save multimedia message and retrieved later.
- Allow anon.Messages: Select NO to prevent messages from anonymous sender.
- Select Receive Adverts to allow the multimedia messages advertisements to receive.
- Receive Report: Set to YES to know the status of the sent message.
- Deny Report Sending: Select YES to prevent the delivery reports.
- Message Validity: message will be removed if it is not reached within validity period.
- Image Size: its about size of the image.
- Default Speaker: Select Loud speaker or Hand set.
Now your phone has been configured for multimedia messages.
