If I reset my iPod Nano will the songs get deleted?
How to format my iPod Nano without losing the songs!
If you reformat your iPod using iPod Updater, the software will only affect your iPod.That means the music from your iPod will be deleted.However the music from music from iTunes will not be deleted.
So, once you have reformatted your iPod, follow the instructions and then open iTunes. All the music will still be in your Library, Just give your iPod a name, and tell it to NOT register your iPod (if you have done so in the past). Simply drag and drop your songs to your iPod.
Should be good to go!
