I have a problem sharing data within two PC's connected with WGR614 (Version 4)
It is no problem at all! Just follow the instructions in this article to easily resolve the problem.
Symptom
Can find the computers connected with each other but when tried to access, It says "Not Accessible".
Solution
If your PC's are connected to the router with an ethernet card and one connected via wireless, try these options or try other options such as...
1. Connect the wireless PC directly to the router via ethernet cable just to see what happens.
2. You also might just try removing file and print sharing from both pcs then reboot and reinstall it and recreate your shares and see what happens.
3. Add the printer again in the second machine. If a printer share is deleted and then recreated with the same name, anything using that share is broken
4. Check whether you have accidentally enabled something like Norton Antivirus Internet protection which will break all the local connectivity
Sometimes we tend to do something and then it suddenly doesn't work right and we pull our hair and it turns out to be something really simple that we overlook.
