How do I set the time to forward or rewind?

Use the Touchpad

The touch pad helps you to scroll and select the options. With a little bit of practice, you will be able to do so with ease.
With the top of your finger, keep the touch pad pressed for a while.
Move it slowly to the left or the right and it will work as long as you want it to work.
