ZenVision M is not being recognized in my PC.
Windows XP automatically installs the necessary device drivers when it detects that a player has been connected to the PC.
There may be instances when the MTP displays such messages or Windows Media Player or other PlaysForSure applications fail to detect even if the player is “working properly” in Device Manager.
First download and install the latest Windows update. If this does not help, then verify the status in device manager.
Click Start>Control panel>System>Hardware>Device Manager.
The player should be listed under Windows Portable Devices.
Do you see an error or a yellow exclamation mark next to the device?
Just right click and select Update driver.
