How do I save the music on my PSP
To have the music listed on your PSP, follow the steps:
- Connect the PSP to the computer using your USB cable
- Put a memory stick in the appropriate slot
- Select the Settings->USB Connection on the main PSP menu
- Look for the memory stick that should be mounted under "My Computer" if you are on a Windows PC or on the desktop if you're on a Mac.
- Open the memory stick up.
- In the window that opens, create a PSP folder (if it doesn't exist already).
- In the PSP folder, create a MUSIC folder (if it doesn't exist already).
- Put your MP3 or WMA files into the MUSIC folder.
- Press the O (back) button to exit out of the USB connection
- Now in the Music folder you will see all the content you have i.e., All music goes into the <hard drive>:\PSP\MUSIC folder on a Windows PC or PSP/MUSIC folder on a Mac.
