Help! My Zen Micro is not working even with a new battery.
Loose terminals can cause the batteries to contact improperly and you might experience problems. Read further to know what to do.
First, make sure the batteries are tight within the unit. Loose terminals can also cause the batteries improper contact.
Then follow these steps.
Turn the unit to “locked” position.
Hold the “stop” button down and continue doing so until you remove the battery form the unit.
While holding the button down, slide back the battery.
Continue holding down the button till a screen comes up which says “backup code”.
Wait for a few minutes and the switch back the unit to unlock and take out the battery.
Put back the battery and your unit should be working.
