Error message: "unable to connect to the phone" phone locked or restricted
Here's what you can do if you have problem in connecting your phone
1. Check whether your phone is locked. If yes, then press "0" for few seconds to unlock it and try.
2. Switch off you phone and pop out the battery and after few seconds, put it in and restart your phone
This should take care of your problem
